Before Anyone Says Build Me Up, Tear Me Down!

A cute little single family home with separate guest quarters was smack dab in between large new custom built homes. One might think it was perfect for an income producing investment property. This specific area has a huge uptick in redevelopment of larger lots that have small and quaint older block homes. As you can see it is lightly out of place for its current surroundings of new development and can hurt value of the new homes. Those may hate the idea of just taring down a perfectly suitable home for a someone, to build a bigger more modern home. To bring value and desired ROI ( return on investment) tear it down and building a new custom home will do that.

You can see it has new build homes surrounding its lot. This house will become such a beautiful addition to the neighborhood and give a more modern twist.

The Vision

Have you stood somewhere and thought long & hard about what you want for a space. From Colors to room sizes you dream of all the spaces coming together. Unfortunately I didn’t get to dream of all the pieces that already had been chosen. Such as the layout & square footage. I did how ever change flow, add closets, move door ways and moved a few walls. I brought functionality, to match aesthetic. The real vision is beyond one space but creating a vision that is individualize but can intertwine with common denominators through out all spaces. As I share the design boards for each room i’m sure you will see a ’Common Theme’ that will be present & mixed through out.

Welcome all the Gray tones, Blacks, marbles, Walnut & White Oak tones, and mixed metals. I get so excited when sharing all these fun tiles and fixtures. This project will bring all the Modern vibes paired with some beauty and farm house grace.
