We are breaking down the some of beautiful design presentations you receive when during the design Process.

After we have started the journey signed on the dotted line, we gather all the information to bring this space to life. Numerous conversations, visits and design boards, edits and revisions gets you to a place of Design Presentation. This is where we bring 2 Material Options for your space. Today I am sharing just how this presentation will be presented. We Call this a flat Lay. Example is just like below

For this Kitchen example we gathered Cabinet color & Material, Countertop sample, Backsplash tile, flooring, Handle pull option, Paint Colors, Chair/ fabric or throw pillow fabric, Drapery option, Fixture Metal options & obviously some thing that make it feel brought together as a space. I usually present 2 options that follow the discussions on aesthetics, the must haves, colors or lack there of and the function. Going in depth of the look, feel and function of your space is. once your client has seen, felt and considered the options we would then show a 3D Rendering of the space to with these options visualize what these materials would look like.

This example isn’t always the case. Considering the scope of work this could be a living room furnishing and I could be chair & couch materials but were not changing flooring or doing construction. Those presentations are slightly different in the fact materials swatches are present but it will be more of a virtual rendering of style and placement.
