Make It Work

When my client gave me the budget I had to break down how to achieve the look I wanted while staying in budget. Originally the budget was smaller but because we wanted higher sale price per sqft. We needed to create a larger budget to put money in the right place to get a better ROI or ‘Return on Investment’

The backsplash wall is large porcelain slabs, Waterfall countertops, White Oak Cabinets, Profession grade Appliances and Open Shelves. Stats show that the ‘Biggest Selling Points In a Home’
